Lamb's lettuce with carrots

Ingredients:

Pack of lamb, 2 carrots,
For the sauce: 4 tablespoons grapeseed oil, a teaspoon of mustard, a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, half a teaspoon of honey or sugar, salt, pepper and clove of garlic.

Recipe:

Put all of the sauce ingredients in a screw-type twist jar and shake jar to mix thoroughly.
Wash lamb's lettuce, dry, put into bowl. Peel carrot, grate on coarse vegetable grater and add to lamb's lettuce. Season the vinaigrette, mix and serve immediately.
